Long Beach Business Journal
At Long Beach Post, I got assigned to help update and layout the Long Beach Business Journal. Complied with stories and photography, the journal was a collaborative effort by designers and reporters.

A special issue arose with a telling story. Showcasing the topic of a doctor and skater, the cover lends a twist with "What if this issue was a skate magazine?". Collaborated with photography and words by Brandon Richardson, I designed a new cover of the journal to look like a skate magazine. The spread of the story also contains a collage of old and new photos and illustrations.

Some past issues that I also worked on:

LBPost Shop - Illustrations
Created vibrant stickers for the Long Beach Post to use both on their newsletters as well as physical stickers. From the vast food scene or the countless events you’re able to attend, the array of stickers represents what both locals and visitors may do in the city of Long Beach. The tote bag design was made in mind for the hustle and bustle of the city with its iconic beachside views and lifeguard huts. Both items are up in the LBP Shop for purchase.

Shown above are the Pepproni Pizza Skate Tote and the Veggie Pizza Skate Tote.

Email Design
...for English RabbitThese are a collection of email designs for the children's boutique in Beverly Hills. For English Rabbit, emails were created to introduce new clothing line brands available in the store or online. Also designed specific email flows; abandoned cart, new subscribers, SMS, and customer reviews. Used their existing brand guidelines to create eye-catching visuals throughout many email campaigns.

Chaos to Order
Identity / WebsiteThe professional organizing service wanted a new and refreshing identity to catch the attention of new customers as well as staying loyal to its existing audience. My task was brain storming new identities as well as creating new assets once the brand was finalized (business cards, email templates, and social icons for various media platforms). Their new identity also paved the way for a new website that I helped built and designed on Squarespace.
